CENTRAL SPOKE-TYPE TORQUE SENSOR ELECTRIC POWER ASSISTING DEVICE

原理:
整只助力装置由中置电机、控制器、传动比齿轮和轮辐式力矩传感器、踏频传感器等部件组合集成。轮辐式结构的力矩传感器采用电阻应变式传感器制造工艺,其轮辐式弹性体轮毂与牙盘固定,轮辋与中轴固定,具有高稳定性,高可靠性和灵敏度高寿命长的特点。

 

应用:
本装置不需要事先对自行车车架及五通部分进行改造,可适合任何一款标准自行车的组装。
将装有中轴的管柱穿入自行车的五通内并用螺母锁紧,然后把外壳用专配的挂件紧固在车架的前斜杠上。

Principle: 
The entire power assisting device is composed of a central electric motor, controller, transmission ratio gear, spoke-type torque sensor, cadence sensor and other components.  Strain gauge type torque transducer manufacturing process is adopted in spoke-structure torque sensor with the spoke-type elastomeric hub fixed to the crankset and the rim fixed to the middle axle, thus having high stability, high reliability, high sensitivity and long service life. 

 

Application :
This device requires no transformation of the bicycle frame and bottom bracket shell, and is thus suitable for any standard bicycle. 
Put the tubular pipe with middle axle through the bottom bracket shell and fasten with nuts, and then fasten the casing onto the front oblique bar of the frame with assorted pendant. 

链条张力式力矩传感器    CHAIN  TENSION TORQUE SENSOR

应用
将张力—力矩传感器固定在自行车平叉上方靠近链轮(飞轮)处,固定合格的张力—力矩传感器应与链条运动方向保持平行,平叉上方的链轮与牙盘之间的链条呈V字形状。
为考虑到免去对链条长短(松紧)的调节,请在链条的下半圈,即平叉下方靠近链轮处安装本公司提供的相配套的链条张紧轮。

 

Application 
Fix the tension—torque sensor above the bottom fork near the chain wheel (flywheel), so that the tension—torque sensor keeps parallel to the movement direction of chain and the chain above the bottom fork is in V shape to the chain in crankset. 
To avoid adjustment of the chain length (tensioning), please mount assorted chain tension gear provided by us at lower half circle of the chain, i.e. below the bottom fork and near the chain wheel. 

原理:
自行车链轮(飞轮)与牙盘之间通过链条传动,在这两者之间安装力矩传感器,使链条成“V”字形。当人骑行踩踏时,“V”字形的链条将被张紧成“一”字形。链条张紧的变化程度是随着人踩踏力的大小而同步改变的。安装在链条上方的张力—力矩传感器随时随地通过链条张力的变化检测到人骑行脚踏力的大小,并将此力的大小转换成电信号给智能控制器。

 

Principle :
Since chain transmission exists between chain wheel (flywheel) and crankset, the chain will be in “V” shape when mounting torque sensor between them. When riding the bicycle, the “V” shape chain will be tensioned into straight shape and the chain tensioning will change synchronously along with the treading force treading force with linearity signal output.. The tension—torque sensor mounted above the chain will detect the treading force during riding via the change of chain tension at any time and any place, and convert such force into electric signals to the intelligent controller.

牙盘曲柄式力矩传感器    CRANKSET CRANK-TYPE TORQUE SENSOR 

原理:
轮辐式结构的弹性体上直接安装固定有曲柄和牙盘,弹性体的辐条上黏贴有电阻应变计,曲柄头上的方锥孔直接套入中轴并用螺丝紧固。当人踩踏骑行时,牙盘与曲柄受力的方向相反使中间的弹性体辐条变形而产生电信号输出。

 

​​​​​​​应用:
牙盘曲柄式力矩传感器结构紧凑,安装使用极为简便,不需要拆卸中轴,只要将原车上的牙盘曲柄卸下调换上本产品即可。
本产品力矩传感器输出信号分为有线传输和无线传输两种型式。有线传输型在紧固好曲柄式力矩传感器及静集电盘后,将控制器端的力矩信号线对应插入静集电盘的输出插座上即可。
无线传输型的使用是先在五通牙盘侧安装固定好静集电盘,并将静集电盘上的数据信号线与控制器的对应接口相连接,然后将曲柄力矩传感器套入中轴用螺丝紧固即可。

Principle: 
Crank and crankset are directly installed and fixed on spoke-structure elastomer. A resistance strain gauge is pasted on the spoke and middle axle is directly put into the square cone hole on the crank head and fastened with screws. During riding, the opposite force direction between crankset and crank will make the elastomeric spoke in the middle deformed and generate electric signal output.

Application: 
With compact structure, simple and convenient installation and use and no need to remove the middle axle, crankset crank-type torque sensor can be mounted by dismounting the original crankset crank on the bicycle.    
The torque sensor in this product falls into two models of wire transmission and wireless transmission on output signal. The wire transmission type can be mounted by fastening the crank-type torque sensor and static collector tray and inserting the torque signal line at the controller end into the output socket of the static collector tray. 
The wireless transmission type can be used by mounting and fixing the static collector tray at the crankset side of the bottom bracket shell, connecting the data signal line on the static collector tray with corresponding interface on the controller and then inserting the crank torque sensor into the middle axle and fastening with screws
